PDCAhub, in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), presents this Privacy Policy to inform Users about the processing of their personal data.

1. Data Controller

PDCAhub, domiciled in Mexico, is responsible for processing personal data collected through pdcahub.com, contact forms, WhatsApp, email and any other communication channel.

We collect the following personal data:

  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company / industry name
  • Information related to the requested service

We do NOT collect: sensitive financial data, bank account numbers, passwords, official IDs (CURP, RFC) or health data.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes:

  • Contact the requester to provide information about our services.
  • Prepare customized quotations.
  • Formalize service contracts.
  • Deliver purchased digital products.
  • Billing in accordance with Mexican tax legislation.

Secondary purposes:

  • Sending newsletters, informational bulletins and valuable content.
  • Statistical and market analysis with anonymized data.

4. Data transfers

PDCAhub does not transfer personal data to third parties without the express consent of the owner, except in the following cases:

  • Requirement from competent authority with legal basis.
  • Payment service providers (Stripe) to process transactions. Stripe operates under its own privacy policy.

As a data owner, you have the right to:

  • Access: Know what personal data we have and how we use it.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Cancellation: Request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Opposition: Object to the processing of your data for secondary purposes.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

The website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party cookies for profiling. You can disable cookies from your browser settings.

PDCAhub implements administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use. Payment transactions are processed through Stripe, under PCI-DSS standards.

PDCAhub reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
